How can I schedule?

In order to schedule an appointment you do not need a referral from a physician.
What is the fee for treatment, and how can I pay?
Counselling Services are not covered by MSP. Individuals with extended health benefits plans ( e.g., Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life) may have some or all of their sessions covered.
Fees are $165.00 per 50-minutes session with a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
Payments can be done in-person or by e-transfer. Clinicians do not bill insurance providers directly.
Your clinician will provide you with a receipt for payment received, and this receipt can be submitted by you to your insurance provider for any available reimbursement.
Are there alternatives to in-person sessions?
Confides Counselling is offering virtual treatment services over secure videoconferencing or telephone.
Clients may choose to have all services virtually, while others choose a blend of in-person and virtual services.
How can I reschedule my appointment?
Appointments can be rescheduled by emailing to
office@confides-counselling.ca
or contact your clinician directly at 672-833-5023.
Please be aware that a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancelling or moving an appointment.
Missed appointments or late cancellations my be charged at a regular rate.
